Bury FC one of the oldest Clubs in Football:

Went out of existence for 4 years

Now Winning the 9th Tier Title before 8,900 Fans

Able to drink Beer in your seats while you watch the game.

At their own ground Gigg Lane

I feel in awe of the joy and passion Bury fans :

great days, jimmy Andrew’s team, I was actually interviewed outside NINIAN park whilst waiting for the coach by Peter Walker. Next day in school up before the headmaster who had seen me on tv even though I had permission off my dad to have a day off school. Definitely worth it though :bluebird:

The new regulator if and when he votes in yo play should make it mandatory that cubs are not allowed to sell ground separately from club... do many if the problems ste because unscrupulous owners make quick buck from the valuable land stadium sits on.... Coventry classic example of this but many instances of clubs going into administration or being homeless.... was a good program on burys supporters and its good to see hhem on hhe up again...I to was at promotion party with city took over gigg Lane..

It shows you don’t need to be just winning the premier to be winners. The bury fans will be as happy as Liverpool fans if not more with what they achieved. It’s does matter what league we are in you can still experience the highs of football any level. So next season we can have as much enjoyment as if we were in the championship or premier league. It’s all relevant to where you are. So there’s no need to be so down about league there is a great season ahead.

The old 3rd Division Paul, we took thousands.

I have been their 4 times since with Cardiff.

Below I’m on the pitch with City players when we got relegated at Gigg Lane .

Clapping our fans after relegation.
