Dalman is trying to say 'We dont know about football' which is a great start. However to employ an agency and a sub committee as a one off just to whittle down the manager choice is ridiculous as
1. It's money we don't have

5. To think that a company with no affiliation and connected emotion to the club, and have no invested interest in who we appoint could do a better job than a simple fans committee would do is laughable.

Ned people complain about the board bringing in unless manager appointments rightly so... but when you read article it states they want help to get best person for job but that's wrong aswell ? Just because we all dont like the board doesn't mean we must criticise everything done and said by them?

In hindsight, I suppose he has at least said something or showing some sort of approach to this despite what we think of him. It may work out it may not, the Cardiff city crazy train. The words of a classic are so true:

All they needed to do was get a good manager last season and already have one in this season.

I said our club will be better off without them get someone else in that cares and is committed he then confirmed him and tan are committed I then replied told it’s a shambles there’s no engagement with us fans if it is it’s all lies and bull shit he disagreed and said ccfc have had success been to the premier league and their both committed I replied look where we are now

I said about the manager situation he accepted it’s not good and something should happen in the next 2 weeks and then he parted ways as I told him again how and what I felt

I was then stared at by 2 ccfc staff then approached by 1 and said to move away and I was wrong to confront dalman and say my thoughts or feelings and that there was a time and a place for that hence why they have meetings with us fans

I was not happy with the whole situation the way dalman was his responses him smiling and thinking it was funny and the ccfc staffs attitude with me and then telling me I had no right to express my thoughts as there’s a time and a place and then moving me on

All of this as I was holding a ccfc bag from the club shop with a item in I went there to exchange there was no care consideration just another one of tans puppets yes man and the example of the way on where our club is and why it’s in the position it’s in because of certain people

To be fair the youngsters in the shop are mainly students trying to make a few quid, its not their fault the shit show we have currently. They have no affiliation with the club just trying to make a few quid.

I've just stopped reading the bullshit the 3 clowns put out, my blood pressure thanks me for it.

I wrote to Dalman and Choo back after the stoke game, I've been a season ticket holder for 50 consecutive years, not had the decency of a reply or acknowledgement of reciept.
The joke of employing a new manager was exactly the same they put out last year to the press after Bulut sacking.
They must take us for fools

This proves they never inform fans.
If anyone from the board cared about the fans the least they can do is give us any insight on the managers
they are looking at and there process on which caliber of manager they want.

I have no issue with what they are saying, much like Ned. I hope it’s the truth, although not holding my breath and if the person they bring in appears uninspiring I hope the process pays off.

I fully expect a cheap unknown who will do poorly, but if they get a cheap unknown and he gets us up I think a little credit can go to this process over previous ones. It sounds like thought is going into it, as they know nothing about football so let people who do make the shortlist, not google “good championship managers” and pick from that

So you want club to put up a list of managers they are interested in? That will be a first for a club in publishing a list ? There are around 6 useful out work managers we know of plus 2 that are in a job at moment... "nathan jones" not forgetting abroad as well

Let's try and dispel this don't want an unknown inexperienced manager.. must be experienced in div 1? Sunderland manager gained pro licenced in 2022 Prior to this he was under 17 coach at several clubs...on gaining pro license he was appointed 1st team coach at lorient in lig1 following year was relegated and sacked ... took over last season at Sunderland and not doing to bad for an inexperienced championship coach!.. do people still think need an experienced div 1 coach?

Just highlights how useless and uneducated our board are. How can you have a board of a football club unable to make managerial decisions? It's baffling.

Set up a structure from the top with football men making the football decisions. This one off crap is just papering over the cracks again. No stability or future in mind, just praying they stumble across the right manager. Pathetic.

To be honest I am not a fan of dalman or Choo. It does not matter if we have an agency to pick the manager or them pair it will be Tan who will bugger it up it is him who our club have the problem with.

We have had some poor managers but we have had some good managers but the problem is Tan he wants to pick the players he wants to be involved I remember his interview years ago after we got relegated from the premiership the first time ,
it was shocking he said

Everyone is wrong Malky Mackay did not get us promoted I got Cardiff promoted. Sorry mr Tan what you were responsible for then was getting us relegated and making the supporters against each other over the red and embarrasing us in the press it was clear he was jealous of Mackay as we all supported Mackay.

Tan is the issue and Dalman is just his lead puppet it is very sad but Dalman may smile and laugh but until Tan is gone we will always have problems

I know John Pork has joined the list of potential managers. He got a good record in L1. We could do a lot worse
