You're right to bring it up, as 'gossip' is the staple diet of the summer recess

There are lots of rumours about Yousef Salech's future but the overwhelming feeling is that the Bluebirds want to keep him to spearhead their attack next season and he wants to stay, too!

For me, he is massively important to our immediate future and on current (reported) wages, he would be difficult to replace

Of course, a bid of major proportions could change the situation but I'm confident that Bristol City will not be that club

There'll be at least 20 clubs expressing an interest or they are not doing their job.

I don't think many imagined he'd hit the ground running as well as he has, so i doubt his contract is laden with many or any transfer triggers.

We don't have to sell, he is contracted, but we should be doubling his money and trying to get another year added. I guess his agent will want transfer triggers included then, but they'd be pretty tasty.
