Former Bluebirds striker Nathan Blake says a complete restructure could be needed at Cardiff City to give them the best chance of bouncing back from relegation

“If I were Vincent Tan, I’d bring in someone who truly understands the club, the game, and the fans — someone to act as a bridge between the owner and the team,” Blake told the BBC. “They need a person who can identify, scout and recruit players effectively, and serve as a vital link in the decision-making process.”

“The board needs more experience and a clearer understanding of their responsibilities,” he added. “That includes overseeing the training ground, ensuring youth players are integrated with the first team, and building a strong management structure.


“Then you move to the next step—who's managing the team? After that, it's about player recruitment. Who's out there that can help get Cardiff out of League One and back into the Championship?”

“Right now, everything feels upside down. There’s a huge amount of work to be done.”

He's not wrong but can anyone see the clown in charge doing any such thing.

We needed this structure 10 years ago I very much doubt it will ever happen with the 3 clowns in charge

He obviously doesn't know Tan and how he operates otherwise he wouldn't put out what to most of us is a non starter ?

Said that earlier to better half.... he likes to think he's relevant he's repeating what as been said by many on here simply tan and dof won't work...
