Denboys title is ‘Head of Recruitment’ so I can only assume that he is involved in every job role that comes up in the club, but he certainly shouldn’t be picking a manager with the car salesman!

Definitely not! nice as Ken is head of recruitment is not his fortè tan is not good either let's hope dalman as some input or could be screwed.

This is madness. The radical reorganisation that Tan stated was more important than a manager, as it would be the new structure with footballing expertise that would be key in the selection of the new manager.
