Not sure why he would have any thoughts about an interview with us currently. He has the play offs to look forward too.

Charlton are in the playoffs, could well be in the championship with a team/culture he has built.

Would love this to be true, if Charlton fails, this would be the perfect time

Where have you heard this out of interest?

I've always said it's unlikely he'll leave Charlton for us, especially if they win the play-offs.

But others have said he'd jump at the chance to be our manager.

So I don't know what the actual situation is.

Definitely not true. He’s built something decent at Charlton and is tied down to a long-term deal, so we would have to pay a chunk of compensation.
