I would like to know why both of you think that the Ramsay team of the last three games is not suitable to be the next managerial team for Cardiff City, and who you would prefer instead of them.

By the same reasoning, you can say Arsenal losing two and drawing one of their last three means that Arteta isn't good enough.

No I agree with that, always said my preference is a manager with League One experience - like Des Buckingham.
Just pointing out it's harsh to read too much into these three results.
