Yes and can't get admin to answer queries had a bot being an arse for some reason when asked a question .

There seems to be a bit of a theme on this, as others have said similar recently

Others have said their service is fine, so it may be a simple fix; but the apparent lack of response from the supplier is a concern

Usually have to either delete data on app or install new one? But J is good doing things but admin gone downhill with use of auto response bots that does nothing but tell you something you already know

I'm not having any problems with it.
Have you tried cleaning All App Cache daily and using a decent VPN like Nord.

It's more about lack of aftercare ..having problems but twice no reply to question asked ... People know about maintenance but bot just laughs at you with auto response...

Well your lucky most people have issues at some point but use to be good aftercare if you read the support page lately see all get is Rose the ai bot say same thing do this do that which people have done..which doesn't help if you have an issue outside of maintenance.... I had blank picture on two separate occasions past 2 days all got was sarcastic response from rose this is what people are complaining about..

Had to pay an extra tenner to continue using it , twice now it states the playlist has been disabled by your administrator

I find it OK but as we've been discussing the service in general as got worse past 2wks...I'm without xc app it comes and goes failed to get help so probably delete data try again with it I'd fail get new app

Have you got the brand new apps? The older apps are all obsolete. I had to do this for my father in law recently. Meant an upgrade to the firestick as well to use the new apps.

One feed is working , other still down
I have tidy tv and tidy view
Emails and telegram messages read , stated he needed id of stick but still not corrected

Stick ok .......it worked last night and there's the problem it didn't earlier for city game ... anyway I'm OK got two different systems for such scenario....its the administration we are referring to in this thread or should say lack of it..

They do say use streams other than sky or tnt which I do if have problem.... getting a stream is not main problem at moment getting answers to a specific problem is? My advice is get two different suppliers as most people have more than one TV in house £90 for both is peanuts in grand scheme of things

Thing is it’s about £1000 a year cheaper than paying for it all separately so I know it can be a bit frustrating at times but it’s still great value and saves you a fortune

I got EE no problem today

For future reference, I have my own VPN and read a post on Reddit that said to try India on the VPN. Changed it to India and now it works great.

I've had a few from Tidy TV appear on / Joined UHDTV past few weeks.


I don't know the admin for TidyTV so cannot state why they're having issues or not responding, and I know some services dependant on size of customer base have BOTS operating for basic housekeeping purposes as most admits will have families, jobs and normal lives etc away from their roles in IPTV.

I am also not on here to fix other providers issues but a few things worth a note:

If the hosts DNS needs repointing nothing will work off the servers they're currently pointing at.
Not suggesting that's the issue but since January 25 I know of several providers having an issue like this.

Most issues can essentially be fixed by basic house keeping.
Full restart of both devices and isp can clear a fair amount of issues and bugs.
VPN is more often than not a simple solution if blocks are being provided by your isp also.
On my page there is a link to turning off shields which are provided and maintained by your isp directly to your hub.

Most importantly though, check your isp (Internet Service Provider)

For instance, Sky are the biggest No-No if you're going to invest in some form of IPTV provider then it's best not to obtain your Internet from a company spending millions in attempting on preventing streams provided by your IPTV.

There are many other very good ISP out there and you can check and get referrals from the Admin on UHDTV.
