There seems to be a bit of a theme on this, as others have said similar recently
Others have said their service is fine, so it may be a simple fix; but the apparent lack of response from the supplier is a concern

Well your lucky most people have issues at some point but use to be good aftercare if you read the support page lately see all get is Rose the ai bot say same thing do this do that which people have done..which doesn't help if you have an issue outside of maintenance.... I had blank picture on two separate occasions past 2 days all got was sarcastic response from rose this is what people are complaining about..

Oh, I've had that. Restart fire stick from the settings and unplug the TV and plug back in.

Didn't work! its happened last 3 days always unplug at night.. plug in got program no picture but returns some time later ..... tried subsequent 2 days same thing picture returns later..when asked in support rose "the ai bot" laughingly said I was banned.... I'll probably try deleting data see if that works otherwise its a new app

Have you got the brand new apps? The older apps are all obsolete. I had to do this for my father in law recently. Meant an upgrade to the firestick as well to use the new apps.

Agree down to admin , ironically the feed worked on USA channels , but nothing uk based
They obviously have a problem with their feeds
