Any Bluebirds in Devon

Just wondered if there were any City fans that live in the SW that travel up to watch the games. Would like to get back into going to the games on a regular basis if possible.

Hi what part of Devon, i normally travel up on the train from Paignton

I'm in Barnstaple so just wondered if there were any fellow bluebirds around. How good are the trains. I'm assuming that I'd need to get to Exeter and then the mainline from there. Do you do up and back the same day ?

If you get to Exeter the trains are quite good. There is currently one that leaves Exeter just before ten and is a direct services which takes about 2 and a quarter hours. You can leave as late as around 11.30 and get in Cardiff just after 2, but risky if its delayed as in my experience is quite common.

Not sure of getting back but shouldn't have any problem doing it in a day. Problem will be price!!
