We get this award yet our club say we have to be more transparent and engage with the fans yet we don’t hear from them for months on end!!! So much for engaging with the fan base

I did have a chuckle when I first saw this. I suppose the campaign that they’ve been given the award for was very good. Due to the incompetence on and off the pitch I’ve largely ignored it

2 days on and still waiting for a single person who isn't Aaron Ramsey to speak up.

A smiling CEO in the directors box.

An absent board chairman and owner.

Not a single apology from a player.

Horrendous comms all round from the club.

I cannot wait to see what their marketing strategy to sell season tickets will be.

What a joke the silence is deafening from the club ffs .
