To all chairmen, we can learn one thing from the cases of Plymouth and Cardiff this season....hanging onto a manager when it is clear to everyone it isn't working is beyond foolish and will leave your new man short of games when it matters most.

@MironMuslic would have kept this Argyle side up. Ramsey would have had Cardiff fighting a lot more.

Can't blame Wayne and Riza but we can blame the people at the top.

A season of "what ifs"

where is the information when we was relegated from the prem

we have a plan - what plan did they have an keep to - was it in their plans to go to division 3

Was it the departing of Warnock and the death of Sala that has seen the down turn of the club

With the incredible wealth he earned as the owner of Berjaya, Tan managed to purchase Cardiff City Football Club in 2010. He spent £6 million acquiring 35% of the club's share, and has invested more than £200 million of his own money into the club.

Is there true investors out there available
why have we not seen any of our board physically speaking and engaging with public and fans on what the future lies for the club

everyone knew it was just a matter of time before we was relegated and we have only by luck and misfortunes of other clubs never went before now

If they were of any professionalism - they would of come out months ago and put hands up and stated we seem to be in a rut and if we do not manage to get out of it and get relegated this is our plans for next season

some will say they cant do this as it would have a negative impact on players - but the dressing room has been gone for a long period of time

there are reports that riza was also drunk at one training session and a few players had fell out with over cross words

Any how Vincent Tan has been at the club since 2010 so he has had plent of time to employ the right people in the football world and had to big major chances on being very succesful -

Annis / others please please please explain to me where the respect for fans is with the owner and board ?

any how one love one club - cardiff city - we will always be blue -
we will we be back league one division 3 may not be everyone but the die hards will always be there
With what owners and how many managers next season who knows

For me, the answer is simple; give the next manager a rolling contract with ‘guarantees’ on future employment that includes certain ‘trigger points’ that must be achieved to facilitate the next year being activated

A manager who ‘backs’ himself (maybe herself?) will surely accept that, and it gives the club (nee Tan) the opportunity to cut ties smoothly and at comparatively low cost

On that topic, I’ve already said I’d give the management team who finished the season an opportunity; maybe with a more experienced ‘overseer’ that they know/trust from their playing days

They are young, ambitious, clearly made a difference, and clearly ‘give a shit’ about Cardiff City! :ayatollah:
