Cardiff right now need to make moves, get a new manager in (a decent one!), prepare the summer and start planning for the new season.

We need to act fast and look to bounce back.

Sounds obvious, I know, but we know this regime. Really am worried on the future of the club.

Not really because I’m with you, I’m not expecting it to happen.

It’s a shame this club is run the way it is. Shambles.

Never going to happen but as soon as the Norwich game finishes we should announce our new manager!!

I'd love to have someone like Gary O'Neil. He would be a hungry manager looking to build his name and reputation.

An Ex player so would connect with the fans and would be ideal for our young squad.

Unfortunately there's also championship clubs looking for managers so very unlikely and the fact this appointment would ambition makes it even less likely.

I still think if Charlton miss out in the play offs we should go after Nathan Jones, he has experience and an affection for the club and would be well up for the challenge

I can see the merit in Jones I just prefer O'Neil's style of football and feel he's better suited to our current squad. Also no compo attached.

I think O'Neil sees himself as a top championship/lower Premier league manager, I'm not sure he would drop Down to league 1 but I'd take either over what we've been given over the last few years

No decent manager would take on vinny,s car crash of a club and if Ramsey and Co are contemplating taking it on next season my advice to them is run like he'll as fsr away from this club as possible it is not remotely anything like the club you left aarron
