The appointment of Riza who kept changing the team so we never had a settled team, and seemed to just throw on subs regardless of whether it strenghthened the team or not.

BUT lets not forget the players!
How often did we see a basic lack of urgency and effort?
How many had the CHARACTER for a relagation scrap? How often did we see them BATTLE?. Did they all show FIGHT, HEART , and PRIDE in the shirt. It shouldnt need motivation from outside to do your best and try your hardest for the club and fans.
The very basic we expect is hard work, then if we aren’t good enough we go down.
Some younsters progressed (Fish Bagan), some like Rhino and Ralls were always professionals and tried hard. Salech showed skill and heart in his performances. BUT SOME OF THE VERY WELL PAID OTHERS SHOULD HANG THEIR HEADS.

agree wholeheartedly. yes they may have been given bad managerial advice and the training may have left a lot to be desired but there's no excuse for the lack of effort we've seen on many occasions this season.
