Seating Plan or lack of!

I'm on a mission to get some of my mates to come and join us down the city, I know if they come I'm sure they will want to come back. My issue is the lack of detail on the seating plan. I'm fixed where I am being a ST holder but ideally would like people who do come to be in the vacinity.

If I phone up to buy tickets it gets confusing trying to explain and visualise where vacant seats are, SURELY the ticket office have a detailed seating plan and is there anyway we can get this online as this would make life so much easier for everyone??

At the moment it just too much hastle. Can anyone have a word with the club??

Well if you want them near you, ask for as close to your seat as they can etc.

The e-ticketing has a breadown of blocks and you can choose the row and seat number if you know the seat numbers in the block. Not the easiest but give them a ring

i know it's a nightmare sometimes getting down there, but in person they (the ticket office) can pretty much flip their monitor around and show you a visual of all the seats available in any of the stands for any of the games - FAR better than eticketing which to all intents and purposes is pretty shit.

Another thing you can do is ask the ticket office to move your season ticket to another seat in the stadium and they then sell your one on sale. Meaning get 6 in a row, shift your season ticket within that 6 for the game for free and job done!

You are having a larrrfffff!! The club ain't interested in anything nut getting the money out of your back pockets. Recent treatment (or lack of it) ood long-term and loyal supporters has seen to that. And please don't mention the 5 year 'freeze' on prices....the previous regime did that out of desperation and the new guys would give their eye teeth to retract that one....

A shame....but a simple fact of football life today!! Still, as a long-time and loyal supporter I am happy so long as they get me (and my club) where I want to go....

The new ticketing computer software should be fully operational within a couple of weeks which will allow this (long overdue) facility to be available.

Just noticed the e - ticketing site has been revamped but disappointed to see that you still cant view specific seat availability. IS IT TOO DIFFICULT TO DO OR SOMETHING???
