Firstly, a very good podcast that provides a balanced view on all things Cardiff City.

Their most recent episode “new manager bounce” talks all things Oxford game but most importantly a fantastic interview with a fan called Mark Lewis.

He opens up about his prostate cancer, his terminal illness and a campaign to put sanitary bins in men’s toilets.

Well worth a listen, his positive attitude is outstanding and he makes a very good point about us not being too negative as fans and remembering why we love the club.
