The protests are and have always been against Vincent Tan and not the manager or players.
Tan has mismanaged our beloved club for 15 years.
The rebrand being his biggest mistake. It split the fan base, we had fans being threatened if they didn’t jump on the rebrand bandwagon, friends and relatives fell out with each other and many fans haven’t been to support Cardiff since.
He refuses to employ a DOF because he thinks he knows all about football.
He promised we’d be debt free in a few years, that was about 10 years ago.
He phones and/or tests the manager and coaches before and during the game. This has been confirmed by an ex-player.
He doesn’t turn up for games, in fact I can’t remember the last one he attended.
We have a part-time MD and CEO who rarely come to games let alone spent time working at the club.
He continually employs cheap managers that he can control, basically “yes” men.
Each summer we get the usual promises of investment in the squad, then come the end of the transfer window we get the same old excuse of, we tried but had many obstacles that prevented us getting our targets.
Before each season the club announce that we are going for promotion just to give fans what they think we want to hear. Only for it to end in another relegation battle.
The club has no direction or ambition, it’s completely lost its soul over the last 12 years.
We hear nothing from the club for months on end but then get another promise that the club will communicate more with us fans but this never happens.
When the protests get announced, the club try to dampen them with an announcement which they hope will stop the protests. Salech signing just before the last protests and now sacking Riza who should have gone a few months ago.
So the question should really be WHY NOT PROTEST???
The atmosphere at the Swansea game was fantastic and was an overflow from the protests, which in turn helped us beat them.
If you are happy for our club to be run like a circus then turn up for today’s game and carry on with your usual routine. However, if you want the feel good factor to return to the club, the atmosphere to be electric again in the stadium, to enjoy your match day experience again and look forward to every game, then join us outside the main reception at 2 pm to show what Cardiff City really means to you.
C’mon fellow BLUEBIRDS, help make this club proud again.

We've disagreed on a lot over the last couple of years Mike, but that's a brilliant post.
I 100% agree.
