He's gone from having a go at the fans to lashing out at journalists, just because he was asked a reasonable question

I’ve said in another thread . It’s not his fault , he’s trying to take an opportunity, failing badly but no manager resigns !!!!

He should have been sacked after the Leeds or Luton game . The new manager bounce alone would have kept us up.

The fault for our situation lies solely with Tan and the Board

It's actually cruel to keep him in that position now. You can see in his eyes that there is no belief in him. He's just becoming more twisted and frustrated lashing out as he realises his management dream is over. Defeat was guaranteed today because he was still in charge. He has one last shot against Oxford on Monday. I actually hope we lose now and he the rest of us are finally put out of our misery.

Before he took the Leyton Orient job the manager resigned because he was out of his depth then coach Riza took them down and when asked to go back to coaching he threw his dummy out the pram cause he wanted main job, and left them.I read this on social media but can imagine it’s true.

Couldn’t agree more. This is a decision which is above his head. It’s a huge job, of course he will fight to keep him job right to the end. The board NEED TO ACT.

Managers do resign (well use to) especially if they know they lost the players and can't get anymore from them! Riza should have gone after Luton and certainly stoke game..he knows he's not able to get a tune out of players but his own arrogance won't allow him to go!

But they don’t , without using google name the last 5 championships managers that resigned . We’re on the same hymn sheet though , it needs a new manager to get a tune out of this team .

That was absolutely embarrassing.
No clue how to coach a team and no clue how to conduct himself. Tan are you fcukin blind?

Exactly this.

12 managerial appointments, only 3 of them properly backed and that delivered two promotions.

The problem is Tan and the board. They make these appointments, they make the bad decisions and they cut the budgets.

He's out of his depth, and it's sad. He should never have been put in that position and again, that lies with the people at the top.
