I know it would be a long list. But what would you say his biggest ones have been.
For me by a country mile the insane number of times he started with Colwill, what did he see or was he trying to prove to us how shit colwill is? Yet he failed to give Meite a proven player at this level anywhere near as many chances or a decent run of games and played him out of position.
Playing o dowda a left back when he is so much more effective higher up the pitch.
Dropping Robinson for no clear reason when he is by far our most effective player this season. Imagine him today with the salech chance, I do like salech though.
What everyone else’s opinions?

One of many mysteries is Bagan being dropped when he was looking good getting crosses into Salech , could of built on that

Thinking despite all the massive volume of evidence to the contrary that he had the ability or experience to manage a club at Championship level.

Yes. Good point.

Much easier to say his achievements Swansea and Plymouth at home.
Game management for me. He's been second best to everyone he's faced and this has really shown in recent games.
All of the other teams in this relegation battle have far more experience management.

Changing the centre backs every game, not giving players chance to get used to playing with each other.
Making the wrong substitutions 99% of the time.

Agree with this.
If Championship clubs were looking for a new manager, there's no way he would get an interview.
I seriously doubt he would get an interview with any league 1 clubs either.
This season is done, I hope to God he is nowhere near the club next season.

Convincing himself he could do the job when Bulut was sacked

Makes you wonder had he not caused the unrest and been brought in at all Bullut might of done better , he was an imposter in the dressing room interfering where he shouldn’t have been. Bullut was right if a manager goes the rest of the staff should follow. He clung on like a little rat and will not give the job up at any cost.
