Real Madrid v Arsenal

Wed Apr 16, 2025 7:40 pm

I have never known a referee lose control of a game like this one has

Neither penalties in the first half should have been given but you can see this referee is panicking.

Makes you wonder how he was given a game like this.

The longer this goes on the worse RM are going to get with the fouling, play acting & trying to bully the ref. They do not like to lose & are really bad losers, I'm no Arsenal fan but I would like to see RM lose this one.

To be fair to the ref he had the balls to reverse his decision.

Stupid from Saka, could have put it the tie of reach.

Madrid are diving and acting like petulant kids already. Hope Arsenal hold on, hate the Madrid fans for the way they treated the Prince of Wales.

He's a foreign ref they see things differently than PL same as championship refs are different to PL ones...but arsenal pen was correct unquestionably.. the "real" pen was nbappe diving at least ref had balls to change decision in front of 100k hostile fans... as for saka idiot a panenka always goes down middle not to side that could cost them in the end ..

Always preferred RM to Barca, but both clubs seem to feel entitled.

Not a huge fan of Arteta but pleased his team have put them away.

But it feels like PSG's year.

They've run out of ideas if they had any in first place? Very inept performance so far ...I don't like arteta but want them to win.

Turned it off at half time to watch my last episode of Black Mirror.

Good to see Real go out, think the first leg rattled them.

RM fans are absolutely deluded & think that the CL should just be given to them. Now there are calls for Ancelotti to go even though he's won them the CL 3 times, they all need a big reality check.
