Is a potential sale anywhere in the pipeline?

Wed Apr 16, 2025 5:52 pm

Just a genuine question as the situation is dire and the lack of dialogue from the boardroom is deafening in its silence , perhaps they are looking to offload?

Wishful thinking perhaps on my part :bluescarf:

More chance of " We Sell Any Car Ken " getting a sale ;)

We are treated as mushrooms by this Board; kept in the dark and fed bull shit!

Tan has turned down 3-4 Offers.

I do believe he might sell after the Sala Case is over.

If he wins he may sell the club for far less and probably to Dalman  Though Dalman is well off by most people standards he's a pauper compared to Tan so it'll be back to football on a shoestring. Be careful what you wish for.

How’s supposedly flashing the cash going for us?

Sorry but I'm not sure what you mean.

When you say “careful what you wish for”

We have money now and are nailed on for relegation so doing things in a shoe string budget shouldn’t scare us. Can’t be much worse than we are now.

Imagine the relief of Tan selling up ,be nice to wipe out any memory of him being here , caused us so much stress and anxiety .
Wake up every day without having to think about him and Riza would be so good. What ever league we will be in will be nice to be rid of him and Malaysia .

Yes, great thought until we wake up and find out Dalman got us on shoestring budget  instead of Hammam, Gold or Sulivan or another big ambitious name :king:

Who wants to buy a league one team with 120m of debt?

Technically it's tans debt if he wanted to he could right it off or part of it? Other owners have done so! Not likely but he may cut his losses because he's going uo incur more debt regardless of how much cuts he brings in.

I'm not so sure that would be the case, if Tan was to sell and Dalman would obviously be interested in buying, he, (Dalman) would almost certainly be part of a consortium. Not perfect still having Dalman around but if it meant getting rid of Tan then i would take it as a first step in the right direction.

My opinion is that relegation will end hopes for the club to be sold anytime soon.

The offers Tan receives would be less than he's already turned down.

Because he'll still think he can get £200m - which he's obviously wrong about.

If thats the case tan as a problem?
Because no matter how much he cuts he will still lose money or club if you like...so Houston we have a problem? Which could be relegation again!

If he's sticking around we have a problem? No matter how much he cuts he will still lose money or club will....and that could mean another relegation.... its as if he's lost the plot who in right mind will jeopardise losing £100m by blindly keeping a coach with Riza's record? Totally Unprecedented decision by tan! As the debts are mostly tans he an choose to right his off so value will be less.
