Sheffield United’s manager is Chris Wilder, who was appointed in December 2023.
During his playing days, he represented the likes of Rotherham United, Notts County, Brighton & Hove Albion and the club he is currently in charge of Sheffield United.
Following his playing career, Wilder stepped into management at Alfreton Town where he won four trophies in his 27 weeks in charge of the side.
The former defender then went on to have spells at Halifax Town, Oxford United and Northampton Town before his first stint as boss of the Blades.
He took over his boyhood club while in League One and earned promotion up the football pyramid to the Premier League where he achieved a ninth-place finish at the Yorkshire side.
Wilder then had brief spells at both Middlesbrough and Watford before returning to the Blades midway through the 2023/24 campaign.
Since returning to Sheffield United, Wilder has achieved a win percentage of 42.25%, winning 30, drawing 12 and losing 29.
