TidyTv issues

Just wondered if anyone else is having issues with TidyTv.
I don't use it that much but towards the end of March it no longer works.
Disabled by administrator.

Just contact the admin, it needs to be reset. Mine did the same but all working now.

Someone on here DM me and suggested getting them on Telegram as text and email was having no effect.

Well I know other people got a response and got it sorted but I've sent several emails and 2 messages on Telegram (which shows he's been active) and no bloody response at all. Starting to think I should start looking elsewhere. Any decent services that anyone knows of?
