Just how big and deep will any rebuild need to be?

Getting rid of the lunatic at the top is clearly number one target, Tan, of course needs to go, and go now, saving himself any more embarrassment and the fans any more heartache.

However, when you consider what needs to be done, it is thorough, costly, major exercise that is not going to happen overnight. When the clown leaves, our club will literally have to start again. Lets consider what actually needs to be done..

Tan and Choo need to go, probably along with Dalman, so its not only a new owner, but a new entire board too. We also need a new manager, and full new backroom staff. Thirdly, we need new players of course. Probably at least 10/12 on the basis of cost cutting and contracts and loans and relegation clauses.

We need to start getting the crowds back, the atmosphere back and a sense of belonging, so Nash will also need to go . The guy of course who has happily sapped the energy, enthusiasm and excitement out of every City fan.

Lets look at the physio and medical team. Ive never known so many injuries and hamstring injuries at that, over the last few years, as we have had. We need a new professional approach that has been sadly missing or forgotten about by the Emporer.

And how about our promotions team and our Social Media team? They have all been brought in by the master to promote the team at his request and doing his bidding. What are they going to do once their leader has gone? TO start to think for themselves after being in Tans pocket for such a long time is simply not going to work. We need brand new, fresh ideas.

As for the FAB and the CCST. These are supposed to be independent bodies working on behalf of the fans and, with the former, subject to strict government guidelines. My view? Both have been inside Tans pocket since formation and neither are allowed a mind of their own. Both should be disbanded and new people appointed who will not be, and neither have been in the past, swayed by The circus leader.

It is absolutely top to bottom that is required. So to say, we need a new owner is so far from the truth. Vince Baby has taken us so far down the road to ruin, that we almost need life saving surgery and a wedge full of cash to get us at least sitting up in our hospital bed, let alone getting ourselves discharged and on the road to recovery.

New owners mean new board its that simple! Rebuild depends on what players we have ... replacing background staff tends to be those involved on playing side... Rebuild could take one window or two seasons just depends on owners ambitions and pockets..

Wasted more money the past few seasons than he did with OGS trying to keep us in the PL. considering he’s such a brilliant business man he is absolutely clueless. Lord Sugar has proved it can be done by a business man, so has Theo Paphitis and Steve Parish. They also knew when it was time to jump ship with minimal loses. Tan has passed that point and his personal pursuit of the £120m from Nantes is just an embarrassment to the club.

It has been posted in the press this week that some players if we go down have a clause that they can leave .
This though depends on the fee which is agreed and it was also reported that the squad would be less than this season.

When we go down, which is more than likely. It would be nice to have a fresh start and start to build something we can all be proud of. We need new owners who care about the club who show interest in it and want it to succeed. Start small and gradually get bigger. get our young lads playing for us in L1 with a few more experienced players and gradually build a team and an atmosphere where other clubs do not like to come. Go mad with marketing free ticket to schools etc, get some sort of a daily blog going talking about players and the club. This trying to create interest within the community and encourage others to want to come and see the team play. just a few ideas but i guess its not going to happen as the emperor will still be here and we may be in the same boat trying to avoid L2

What I don't get is why is there no communication from Tan?? Engage with the fans and let them know what the plans are? He can't be happy surely to where we are heading.

Quite agree with this and it spells trouble for club in div 1...as for riza tan should have pushed button Saturday no one in football thinks riza can win enough games to save us and worse of all neither do the players have faith in him

All the players will just leave for other clubs we'll most of them will.
What will they care they'll just start over .This just isn't right at all is it .
We go down they have a clause in the contract that they can move on .

They should all be ashamed of the shower of shit effort most have put in this season .
The players have been very poor .
The other side of it which adds to the above is how this club is actually run .
That has also been a shower of shit aswell .Add the two together you get relegated .

This is what has happened to this club our club.
We have all said it nobody listened.

I run a business and if I don't no what I'm doing I employ someone who does no .That's simple but not for VT .The money he has put in and the waste of a lot of that money is horrendous.

Add all this to the many bad decisions over the years and you get what we have now .
Riza wasn't the right choice but he's just been dumped in the free flowing shit flow with little or no help really.

So it's a total shit show and has been for a long long time .

Big changes need to happen or the situation will just get worse
Cardiff rugby just gone into administration and there's nothing stopping tan doing this to us it may be his only way out .

So this could all get a lot worse yet .
