Is he worse than Alan Durban?

I think even if Riza sadly passed away Tan would put his mummified corpse in the dugout and telephone orders to him . He’s unsackable.

Only Ole and Mick McCarthy have a lower win percentage going back to 2012 (excluding some caretakers like Hudson, who was awful and even he is matching Riza's 1.1 point per game)

I had almost forgotten about him. Dreadful manager with us but seem to remember he came back to Cardiff with a good pedigree as a manager. Not much to choose between them.

Should never of come anywhere near being manager he was strikers/ forwards coach under bulet how well did we do first 7 games goals scored think points in the direction we are in really needs to go now won't make any difference if we stay up or get relegated maybe under a new manager we get that bounce

It would be madness if he's manager next season.

Almost mad enough for Tan to do it.

Riza should have quit himself after yesterday saying he can't get anymore out of the players... but if he's here next season it will be a lost season as surely be sacked by October and to late to change our season? If wasn't for where i sit I would not renew with him here.

yes and even Kenny Hibbit and Phil Neal, although Ole G S fucked us in a different way. :banghead:

The whole set up stinks from top to bottom now but the buck must stop with the man in charge (Mr Tan).

Keeping riza must be unparalleled in football history! No manager with his record as ever kept his job
Especially as its leading to relegation? Any other owner would pulled trigger after Leeds or at least Luton! Riza should have walked after yesterday's result as he knows he can't motivate the players anymore it's a selfish attitude to stay and take club to div 1? Tan is a tw*t and deserves to lose the vast amount of money he's going to by sticking with riza

Russell Slade WAS good. Granted the football wasn't the most exciting but we were in no danger of relegation. He inherited a fractured toxic squad. Got rid of bad eggs. Reduced costs. Brought in players with determination. Even Alex revell was delighted to be here and tried as hard as he good despite not being a fancied striker.

It’s almost like Tans completely lost it and Rizas manipulated him and convinced him that going down the leagues backwards is the way forward ,like as if he said he got Leyton Orient down I can do the same here Vincent . It’s on my CV :banghead:

It's unthathomble that Tan hasn't seen what's happening and what's going to happen with riza in charge

It’s bordering on the psychotic not to do anything , it’s not going to be easy getting back in the championship and he didn’t even try to fix the problem. Are the board hiding it from him or something it’s a crazy way to run the club.
