SILENCE STILL DEAFENING ?

Sun Apr 13, 2025 1:27 pm

I was hoping after the game yesterday we would have started chanting riza out,
But all we had was booes which I joined in with but tried getting going,
Get out of our club but no takers ,so here we are like mushrooms in the dark,
F.cking shocking from this board no way should riza be rewarded with a contract for failing if we go down.

I don’t understand it either.
You would have thought that most of the stadium would be letting their feelings known by chanting.

I can only surmise that the apathy around the stadium has caused this ‘don’t care anymore’ attitude with so many of them.

Unfortunately the reality is that most fans just aren’t that bothered. They go for the match day experience meet up with friends and family and others with the club being a common interest, then after full time back to they lives until the next game. Most football fans are not consumed by their club like most of supporters on the clubs forums. It’s doesn’t make them any less of a fan I guess they just have different priorities. In reality our league position wont effect 99.9% of fans daily lives.

I’m bothered but I shan’t be booing my side ever. Far more people were applauding the players than were booing - I did see some gesticulating violently at O’Dowda in the Canton stand at the end, for me that was bang out of order. Yes we are playing like blind men with 2 left feet but what I saw was effort but little quality.

I will never boo my team.

And Riza is actually not to blame really although obviously he’s a Muppet - Tan is. He makes the decisions.

I booed as loudly as I could at the end of the match - I shouted encouragement throughout the game - but as soon as the game was over I gave them what they deserved. Useless bunch of pampered, overpaid deadlegs.

Muggy

So did I,
but I really wanted to give riza the pain and message though because I think the players are as confussed and rudderless with riza.

I am not a boo'er, and i thought most fans appreciated CO'D balls for walking closer to the Canton than the others, but in all honesty, he can look us all in the eye as he tries and cares.

Its a mess, and when i discount Willock and ElGarzi, I think they are have tried, but are not that great and led by clowns.
