Ralls

Has really been missed in our fight to avoid relegation. The type you want in a dogfight like ours he’s proved that over the years .I would have him and Ramsey takeover for the last four games as a last throw of the dice .I would even have a cardboard cut out of him on the pitch instead of some of our players :old: :notworthy: :bluebird:

Fair play for him for fronting up with the players after the game yesterday. He didn’t have to do that, that’s what leadership is all about

I spoke to him outside the ground yesterday, he didn’t want to talk about what was going on, he was being too tactful about it. I had a better response from Callum O’Dowda when I spoke to him, I know he’s not the club captain but as our current captain with the others injured his voice does carry weight

He listened to my points and agrees that the constant formation changes are hindering the players, he agreed as our current captain he needs to be more vocal in the dressing room regarding the formations, playing positions etc and understands the fans frustrations especially yesterday with the toxic atmosphere at the end. He said he knows the fan base wasn’t aiming that at the players but at the dressing room and the managers choices.

I also asked if Riza has lost the dressing room and he said not yet. However I have heard otherwise that Riza has lost part of the drsssing room

I mean, fair play to COD for his candidness but I’d argue he probably wasn’t expecting it to be put in writing on a public forum!

We should have got rid of Ralls and kept Wintle. A go
