I know you’ll be reading this post so Please do not think that this is a personal attack on you because it isn’t.
You were offered the job and no one in your position would have said no to Tans offer.
Unfortunately it just hasn’t worked out for you or the club and we now find ourselves hot favourites for relegation. You have tried everything possible to get us a run if wins but it just hasn’t happened for whatever reason. If Tan won’t sack you please do the honourable thing and walk away whilst we still have a very slim chance of avoiding the drop. If you stay then nothing is going to change. Come on Omer do the decent thing for Cardiff City.

He’s not going to walk.

He would be sacrificing his wages and anything that’s left on his contract if he does that.

Would you leave your job and become voluntarily unemployed because someone you don’t know asks you politely?

This is down to the board. They have had countless chances to sack him.
