They have delayed too long and now we are in this terrible position, the decision to replace the manager has to be made now.
May as well give it to Ramsey until the end of the season.

This has been coming for years and it’s all your fault. Reap what you sow, sadly it’s the fans and the club that will suffer and you’ll go on your merry way making exactly the same excuses and mistakes. Scum

It’s a no lose situation for you (the owner/Board) as it’s simply not working for him, the players aren’t reacting, and giving someone else the reins is the best chance of survival
To do ‘nothing’ is accepting the current situation and even if it (change) doesn’t work, you can say you tried and the vast majority of supporters will accept and appreciate that!

Ned, no one can say Omer Riza wasn’t given a chance; particularly by the likes of us (you and me) but the FACTS speak for themselves! He simply has lot go NOW!

I don’t really understand the Ramsey option except for his popularity with many fans and the respect of the players.
While I agree Riza should go now we’ll go from a manager with little experience to a manager with zero experience.
It’s not the board who have to make the decision Chris it’s 100% down to Vincent Tan.

Paul, I agree.
I’ve said it on many threads that those who were up in arms with Riza being appointed because he was ‘inexperienced’, now want the job to go to someone with ZERO experience.
You can’t make it up.

Ramsey has way more top level experience than Riza so it’s a no brainer , we are down anyway but give this a try. We have players with experience playing under some good managers they would have seen tactics and game plans Riza would never see in the non leagues. Riza is doing nothing he needed to be gone last month . I wouldn’t even offer him a coaching job now I was all for that at one stage. But I’ve started to hate the guy. He’s a rat.

Being a top player doesn’t mean he will be a top manager.

No, indeed; but (seriously) he couldn’t do any worse and it might just be the change the players react to!
I only hear good things about Aaron Ramsey and his vast football knowledge after some of the managers (starting with Arsen Wenger) he has played under
