POLITE MESSAGE TO THE OWNER/BOARD

Sat Apr 12, 2025 11:36 pm

Gentlemen, please let Omer Riza go now. It’s our best chance of survival!

It’s a no lose situation for you (the owner/Board) as it’s simply not working for him, the players aren’t reacting, and giving someone else the reins is the best chance of survival

To do ‘nothing’ is accepting the current situation and even if it (change) doesn’t work, you can say you tried and the vast majority of supporters will accept and appreciate that! :ayatollah:

I agree Sven, hope the club read this board.
I can't see why they don't appoint Warnock on a survival bonus package. Maybe he turned us down as he's in retirement?

I agree, Chris.

They have delayed too long and now we are in this terrible position, the decision to replace the manager has to be made now.

May as well give it to Ramsey until the end of the season.

Actually agree with your view. Honestly think we can still survive, even if it's a fresh manager now. :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Turnbull was upfront what were those substitutions ? The players were all over the place , I believe Tan is doing this out of spite , he’s an embarrassment to the whole of Malaysia not a nice man at all. Take your flags out of our stadium and Malaysia off our shirt you should be ashamed of yourself .

Ned, no one can say Omer Riza wasn’t given a chance; particularly by the likes of us (you and me) but the FACTS speak for themselves! He simply has lot go NOW!

‘Rambo’ not a bad option! :ayatollah:

Impolite message to the board.

This has been coming for years and it’s all your fault. Reap what you sow, sadly it’s the fans and the club that will suffer and you’ll go on your merry way making exactly the same excuses and mistakes. Scum

It’s all too little too late. He should have been sacked after Leeds away, we would have had half a chance with a decent appointment.
With just 4 games remaining it’s going to take a miracle.
The fans need to react by not renewing season tickets, don’t by any merchandise from the Club shop, hit this board where it hurts. If people want the owners out, stop funding them.

Well said. The time to be polite went months if not years ago. It's now time for more drastic action from us fans.

Our club is a joke. In decline for years now and the board don't care. What happened to this dialogue with Dalman? Fake again just to stop the march? All gone into hiding again.I've never been so down about the club in my life.

I now exactly how you feel and so do thousands of others.

WE NEED TO PROTEST AT BOTH THE OXFORD AND WBA GAMES.

Well said Chris. Riza simply hasn't worked out and the board now need to make an emergency appointment ASAP while we still have an outside chance of survival despite the bookies now having us odds on for relegation after yesterday's disastrous loss.

Even Ramsey/Ralls would give us a better chance than Riza as a big part of the task now is effective man management. And of course, a certain Neil Warnock would also give us that in spades.

Something needs to happen and it needs to happen before the Sheffield game.

I don’t really understand the Ramsey option except for his popularity with many fans and the respect of the players.
While I agree Riza should go now we’ll go from a manager with little experience to a manager with zero experience.

It’s not the board who have to make the decision Chris it’s 100% down to Vincent Tan.

Paul, I agree.

I’ve said it on many threads that those who were up in arms with Riza being appointed because he was ‘inexperienced’, now want the job to go to someone with ZERO experience.

You can’t make it up.

Ramsey has way more top level experience than Riza so it’s a no brainer , we are down anyway but give this a try. We have players with experience playing under some good managers they would have seen tactics and game plans Riza would never see in the non leagues. Riza is doing nothing he needed to be gone last month . I wouldn’t even offer him a coaching job now I was all for that at one stage. But I’ve started to hate the guy. He’s a rat.

Being a top player doesn’t mean he will be a top manager.

No, indeed; but (seriously) he couldn’t do any worse and it might just be the change the players react to!

I only hear good things about Aaron Ramsey and his vast football knowledge after some of the managers (starting with Arsen Wenger) he has played under
