Toxic

Sat Apr 12, 2025 6:05 pm

I have followed Cardiff since I was 13. We’ve had some awful teams and the crowd have got really toxic. Today was the first time in a long long time I can remember it being that bad.

Can anyone with a better memory than me, remember the last time it was as bad as it was today?

Few home losses to the jacks haven’t been good, especially the 0-4

I can't remember the game off the top of my head, but last season, we were home in a night game, and it got really bad, part of the canton were screaming get him off after about 20 minutes at Wintle, some fans also had a pop at him, and then there was fans arguing amongst themselves

Yesterday's toxicness (don't think that is actually a word) will be nothing to how it will be if we don't beat Oxford.

Yeah I’d agree and I don’t think the players have the minerals to put up with that kind of pressure. We will capitulate once again

We have a very toxic and fickle fan base. Been saying it for ages.

It doesn’t really assist the players.

The players don’t deserve our support at the moment. Nothing fickle about it.

Is it acceptable though? I don’t think it is and the players can’t get away without any consequences

Booing is the universal acknowledgement of fans displeasure at a performance whether its the players or officials and that goes for any sport in any country!
