To be fair he took on a poison chalice of a job.

What did he inherit? A team that had won 1 point in the first 7 games. He had a reasonable start that got us out of the relegation spots but he failed to move on from there. Since then its been hit and miss from him but one thing that was obvious was this squad would struggle when it came to the business time of the season which is now.

So what is the answer to survive? Getting rid of him is not the answer for me but we need a lot of lady luck to survive.
