I totally agree... people will rightly criticise ID for missing that sitter but he was MOM against Sheffield Wed and has hardly kicked a ball since.

Omer Riza has shown (and stated) he isn’t up to the task and the players aren’t performing for him!

Get him out, get someone else in (seriously Warnock just for a month) and get these players motivated or we are down!

Our performances 100% cannot get any worse than they are right now!

Ned, I fully understand and respect that and I am of similar mind. However, the situation is now as dire as it will get and I can’t think who else could get a tune out if this lot under current circumstances

Thankfully, for me, we were having work done today and the electrics were off, so I could neither attend or watch on TV. It sounds like I had the best deal of the day!

Chris, I’m usually one of the most positive posters on here. I always try to see the good side and balance things without bias or hatred.

Up until today I still had hope we could do it but even I’m virtually resigned to us getting relegated now.

With regards to Warnock, I’m rarely one to go backwards to managers or players but I can think of no reason why Riza shouldn’t be sacked tonight and Warnock brought in for the remaining games.

It doesn’t matter a jot how is last jobs went, it’s about getting the players motivated and fighting. There’s still no better.
I mean we’re not talking of a season long contract ffs.

Not everyone's cup of tea, but I would tap up Steve Bruce at Blackpool. Their recent loss will probably see them not make the play-offs.

Therefore give him 4 games to POTENTIALLY manage in the Championship next year, but if we go down he is still in the division he is in now.

Many of us were calling for Warnock a while ago just to close out the season and give us the best chance of survival. Now I don't think he would even take the hospital pass of a scenario Tan and the board would give him.

But if I had a magic wand, Riza would be gone by 8pm and NW would be announced tomorrow.

I hope the board have called an emergency board meeting, as believe me, this is very much an emergency as has been for quite sometime.

I don't believe anyone can save us now, the players look devoid of any confidence or commitment but I would sack him now and every coach with him get a decent manager in and start preparing for an assault on league 1 as soon as possible

This is a great shout, I totally agree with you. Unfortunately it's never going to happen with these clowns in charge.

Two relegations on his CV in a short space of time should never be allowed near professional football again.
