Because he kept losing the lead.

Riza then blames the training, pre-season games, players mentality, Refs, mistake plus ifs and buts and we might if, BUT NEVER HIMSELF ??

Bottom line is we are in the bottom three and Riza has to take responsibility for that.

It's down to the manager mostly, although the players also need to take a look at themselves.

Damn it I thought it was gonna say stopped being manager for the good of the club.

We are a joke, we need a massive clear out, just wish they would listen to the fans, not the crap board.

Trouble is blame everything else and players begin to resent it and don't bust a gut they'll still get the contract payment they signed up for in league one.

Not defending Bulut but those games were tough ones including 3 against the current top 4, as well as in form Boro at home, Jacks away. Very hard start in restrospect

I have said before his players cannot be motivated by him,
can you imagine warnock in the changing room with these lads they would come out onto the pitch a different team. Instead they amble out onto the pitch looking like they have lost before they start.
All very deprresing for us fans and how many times have i heard we need to get behind him ,
Well we have all season but its got us knowhere bottom 3 chantting his name etc perhaps we should have sang something else and he may have left like mc carthy did,

Riza caused unrest in camp and conned his way into the job by tickling the players ears and being best mates. Like he tried to do with the fans ringing and texting them. I believe we have a better squad than a lot of them teams that have beat us or drawn us but the difference is they are poor squads with an experienced manager ,we have a good squad with a shit manager and staff. Really hurts how the board are letting this happen.

I'm not backing Riza just stating a fact. Personally I worry for the club. Ashurst got us back up in one season
