This is the biggest issue.
Sheffield Wednesday were 1-0 down and struggling to make an impact on the game when it was half time. Rohl reacted before they conceded another by making three changes.
Those changes had an impact. They started the second half well and got the goal. I think that was due to the changes Sheffield Wednesday made, and don't think we sat back.
On the other hand, it was obvious ten minutes into the second half that we needed to freshen things up. But we didn't make changes.
Yet again he waited until we conceded before making the changes.
It's another case of an opposition manager being proactive and Riza being reactive.

Riza is utterly inept as a coach. Once hes destroyed this club and send us down at the end of this season he'll be plying his trade in non-league. That's his level just like Morison.

Sadly I have to agree , our substitutions are always reactive but usually too late , however I do question bring El Gazi on and taking Dale h off , surely we could have gone two up top .

Sorry El Ghazi

Being a little dramatic there aren't you? Riza hasn't "destroyed this club" at all, that's down to one man alone & we all know who that is.

The subs were lined up before the corner where they scored. But yes he should have reacted earlier as it was clear they were much more on the front foot and Bannan was starting to get a foothold in the game.
By the way, your assertion that Mansverk is somehow PL class is totally off the mark. Decent but that’s about it.

Riza is so out of his depth he needs armbands
Its tans club his money and he is going to pay for it

The substitutions were baffling. He took off our best midfielder and one of our best attacking players and replaced him with El Ghazi who was once again SH1T.
I've been pretty quiet about Riza but my patience has run out, it's time he went or we are going down

Changes definitely should have been made sooner. We don't look a fit side. I think we should have won, Wednesday an average side. Ref was shocking!

Took our two best players off , he's totally useless .

Complained several times about his subs being wrong and today i said he will change when they score 10seconds later they did! then he made couple subs he's consistently done this so doesn't learn from mistakes.... only people not seeing what was happening was the coaches..

He actually had the substitution's ready to come on before the corner the scored from was taken. I can't see much at fault with Riza today, the main finger pointing should be at Ng for needlessly giving them the corner. Especially with someone of Bannan's quality to take it, if only we had him to take our corners.

Your right about NG.... but their subs was 15mins earlier it took to long up make the change ? I said on here halftime they will change things but riza to slow to react so it proved.

But he had them ready prior to the corner, so he was reacting it's just that they scored before they could come on. I will say though that El Ghazi made no impact, so that was a bad substitution. And the decision to move Tanner to right back for the last few minutes nearly cost us the draw. Not Tanner's fault he should never have been played there.

Poor use again of subs as you say... and reactive not proactive ? I'm sure you saw for 15 mins how bannan was dictating game and that could be negated by using subs earlier... as we saw bannon was less effective after subs but still dictating things....and not for 1st time subs been waiting to come on when opposition scored .... why did it take him 15 mins to get them ready when the situation was clear to see after 5 min of 2nd half that's the problem with him and substitution use.... always to late.

Our managerial appointments have been poor since relegation from the EPL and more recently shocking. All based on cost cutting and being yes men. We were technically relegated two years ago and here we are again. Where was the review of that year and contingency plan so it wouldn’t happen again? We actually have good players and a decent squad, but we have had dreadful management and that’s why we are where we are yet again. No lessons learned.
In our anniversary year.
And yes substitutions are erratic and baffling at times. Of course they are! He’s learning his trade! In a relegation battle! Madness!!

What’s happened to Rino? Is he injured?
Having a stunning season, now nowhere to be seen!

We struggle big time at corners.
Should the keeper come out on get a fist on it
