Let's say riza goes....

& the three stooges dont put purse in charge... who realistically would come and save our season?

We are a laughing stock & I bet no decent manager worth there salt would come here...

I could be wrong mind... money talks but if I was a manager looking in from the outside I'd say absolute no chance

Ralls & Ramsey until end of season.

I'd take anyone with Championship management experience.

The last few managers have killed us because they dont know the league well enough.

Neil Harris is close enough to the championship and Tan to understand the 8 match gig.

Got to get someone who knows how to maximise the team to get results and stop all this tossing around at the back that hasn't worked for three seasons!!!!

Personally think that would be a disaster.

Replacing someone with ‘some’ (albeit very little) managerial experience with ‘no’ managerial experience, when we are in a massive scrap for survival isn’t the best thing to do right now.

If wont be anyone of note, as its not a long term job prospect with the threat of relegation.

Which makes it as barmy as it sounds, Warnock or someone of that ilk is more likely.

What a f*cking shambles for our 125th year.

Harris is probably the most realistic option till the end of the season I wouldn't be against that

He's manager of Cambridge at the moment. Unlikely to leave a permanent job to manage us temporarily.

Good thread. I understand all the points raised of concern and caution about a change, and who if we did.

But something needs to change, Riza is simply not good enough or experienced or wise enough for this team, and its a decent and highly paid team. Its to risky keeping him and his staff. Change now. But who? Particularly as Tan employs a unattached cheap yes man. That kind of appointment is no good to us right now yet is no reason to stick with Riza.

Who? Not Riza
