Getting deeper and deeper into this mess ( on the pitch I mean now ) could simply have been avoided by appointing someone with both more pedigree and experience with all due respect to Riza.

None of us have got a clue how to run a professional football club, none of us.
At the end of the day we're all just fans with opinions. But we're not daft, a change does need to happen now and right now alot of the budget needs to be put towards a manger.
I'd even take not buying a player for a season, just loaning if it meant having some confidence in 'our gaffer'.

Due to tan and the others mugs not employing someone of that ilk - we have missed out on some good managers. So right now I'd go with the likes of your Warburtons, Wagners or Bilic's. Because these guys 'of that ilk' would get the lads playing to potential, as our squad isn't as bad as the table suggests.

I really don't think Tan will give a long term contract, this i believe is the problem with getting decent managers. He's been caught a few times and is very wary, to his own detriment. However, we cant go on like this something has to be done, as div 1 beckons.
