Last night the buck stops with the players.
The team Riza picked was good enough on paper to win and he made changes to try and get something out of the game.
Most threads were positively supporting his team selection …..the players let everyone down.
I don’t believe Riza is the right manager but last night Luton were more up for it and that’s unacceptable at home and I front of our fans in a must win game .

I agree the players have got to take responsibility. They looked so nervous and basically bottled it. Some didn't even want the ball and on times others too scared to play the right pass. It was a massive game and now we are right in the mix for relegation.

If that’s effort and commitment then we truly are fucked.

Was Riza watching the same game as us ??? Bullied all over the pitch nearly all players lost their personal battles, gutless and spineless not anywhere near good enough to wear the shirt the players let themselves their families and friends plus all supporters down AGAIN

100% agree with bluemans post buck stops with RIZA, but player's let the fans down big time last night NO EXCUSES FOR THAT CRAP PERFORMANCE last night

The bucks stood with Riza and Tan:

Players were out of position and Riza never plays a settled team and started once again with 5 at the back.

If that is his idea of effort and commitment then I don't know what coaching manual he's been reading. I felt sorry for Salech trying to battle against 2 defenders all the time, because Riza set us up with him on his own up front in a game that he said we had only 1 option and that was to win. I do think the ref was pretty shocking as he was being pulled and pushed all game along with most of their defending was shirt pulling etc, but that still does not excuse the inept performance against a team that had a worse away record than us, plus they were missing their main centre half who was sent off last Saturday. He ain't doing his managerial CV any favours is he.
