My View Tonight: After a Dreadful First-Half by Cardiff , Ca

Postby Forever Blue » Tue Mar 11, 2025 9:36 pm

My View Tonight: After a Dreadful First-Half by Cardiff , Cardiff came to life, but it did not last long as usual.

The promise of attacking football did not happen AND NEVER DOES:

Please NO RIZA :
No ifs and buts just except you are clueless.

LUTON DESERVED THEIR WIN:

Cardiff are now in real trouble.

ENOUGH / THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE:

No more feeling Sorry for Riza etc and Tan and Co need to all clear out.

That’s Now only 4 Wins from 24 League Games:

OMER RIZA HAS TO GO NOW / SHOULD NEVER EVER HAVE BEEN APPOINTED:

OMER RIZA HAS HAD 30 LEAGUE GAMES IN CHARGE / HE NEVER KEEPS THE SAME TEAM / TINKERS WITH IT EVERY GAME / WE FINALLY PULL 6 PTS CLEAR AND HIS DEFENSIVE TACTICS ONCE AGAIN PUT US RIGHT BACK IN IT:

Before Tonight Luton had Won only 1 away game all season and sat 2nd from Botyom of the Championship:

A First- Half by Cardiff off Non existent Attacking football as promised.
Their were quite a few boos at the interval from the Cardiff faithful:

Second-Half:

50th min: Ramsey off, Mannsverk on.

50th min: GOAL! Cardiff City 1-0 Luton Town (Chambers )
Chambers!
Robertson clips in a free-kick and McGuinness half clears. Chambers hits a half volley into the ground and it balloons into the top corner!

57th min: GOAL! Cardiff City 1-1 Luton Town (Clark )
Goal! Clark equalises with a stunne

69th min: Triple Subs
Colwill off, Willock on.
Robertson off, Robinson on.
Alves off, Davies on.

78th min City hit the crossbar.

GOAL! Cardiff City 1-2 Luton Town (Aasgaard 80)

Sucker punch. Aasgaard scores at the other end.

Keeping Riza on now as manager is suicide. Only hope is to find an 8 game manager and hope for a bounce. I think we are finished though regardless. Let's face it, City deserve it and we'll be down in league one for a long time too.

A very damaging night for us but this has been on the cards for the last few seasons.

A lot will blame Riza tonight but for me the blame should be aimed at those that brought him in. The buck stops at the top and Vincent Tan should be the focus of our anger. He deserves what looks like we are going to get and that is going down to League one.

A golden opportunity utterly missed a lot of other teams have pulled away not us .That tonight was so bad as a fan it makes you so angry. First half absolutely gutless no structure to our game one bit .second half we get a lucky goal then it's all Luton and everyone new what was gonna happen. If anyone thinks we are OK then wake up that was absolutely terrible yet again.
Luton win Derby win two on the bounce .We are on our way down but do you change the manager now I don't think you can tan gave him the job that was a mistake and a gamble and the gamble hasn't payed off.
It's all finally caught up to us the years of neglect and poor running of the club finally has hit us .We are very deep in trouble and we show no sign of a way out .Angry frustrated and embarrassed me

It was the most abject, apathetic performance of the season. The writing is on the wall. It HAS to be Warnock until the end of the season, and then consider our options in the summer. If only for the sake of the fans getting up for the fight until the end of the season.

I would say you talk for all fans tonight.

If we go down, now a big possibility, the damage to the club will be immense. STH will drop, there will be a sell off our reasonable good players like Salech and the worst of it all is we are stuck with a regime that don't have a clue.

Put all the coaching staff on leave.
Get Ramsey as coach and play some football.
He cant do any worst than Riza.
Ramsey knows what it means as a local boy for CITY to stay up.

Trouble is who are we gonna get at this stage of the season, sacking him would be disruptive to the team, also is he responsible for the dozens of misplaced passes and general rubbish this team serves up..anyw Luton always win here

Sacking Riza is suicide.
It would only confirm relegation if we get rid of him after tonight
because whoever comes in will only be there long term to manage us in League 1

Absolute rubbish. We need an immediate change now and if ever a panic button has to be pushed it's tomorrow morning first thing after an emergency board meeting.

Madness is to keep repeating what you do and expect different results and keeping Riza is the "suicide" solution in reality.

Warnock till the end of the season is the most sensible and practical option now whilst working balls out on what we are going to do to if we indeed manage to survive yet another car crash of season.
'Nail 'em up,' I say. 'Nail some sense into 'em.'

He said must win, we lost, so go now
I will be glad to see the back of the entire squad pretty much too
As a season ticket holder I feel I'm being conned , as somehow I find hope for each game
get em gone

If it is the best squad we've had in years why are we where we are? Never heard so much shit, they couldn't even string 2 passes together.

Not even surprised had a feeling we would lose , this is what you get when you take so long pretending to look for a manager pretend to have agencies involved looking for one load of bull, knowing all along Riza had the job , time was running out as it was in the relegation fight . Then because we asked what the plans are for future the board has attitude towards the fans and appoints Riza to spite us. Tan has drained the life out of our club. League one here we come congratulations Tan and the board.
