I think we win this 2-1 just hope he goes with an attacking line up and if we go 1 or 2 goals up we don't go all defensive, keep our foot on the pedal for the full 90 minutes

We need Ramseys leadership on the pitch for this one. It's ridiculous we've brought such pressure on ourselves that a midweek game against Luton is like a cup final. We won't win this. No faith in Riza anymore.1 v 1.

Cardiff to Win, Nothing less.

Luton have Won 1 game in their last 15 and that was at home.and lost 11 games they are in free fall.

If Oner Riza loses this, then he should go now.

If he Wins leaves in May.

Luton remain without Marvelous Nakamba and Shandon Baptiste due to calf injuries, while Teden Mengi and Tahith Chong are sidelined with knee and hamstring issues.

Defender Mark McGuinness is set to replace Naismith, who will serve a one-match after being sent off for two bookable offences in Saturday's defeat to Burnley.

Bloomfield could decide to make changes to his forward line, with Brown and Carlton Morris pushing for recalls after dropping down to the bench at Turf Moor.

Luton Town’s manager is Matt Bloomfield, who was appointed earlier this year in January.

The former midfielder made over 500 appearances for Wycombe Wanderers, and after retirement took a role as a coach at the Chairboys.

After six months in the role, Bloomfield was appointed as Head Coach of League Two side Colchester United.

Having impressed with the U’s, he returned to Wycombe Wanderers to take over as manager following the departure of long-term boss Gareth Ainsworth.

Bloomfield’s Wanderers side had a remarkable start to this current campaign, as he won Manager of the Month in October and November which earned him a move to Luton Town in January.

Since taking over at the Hatters, he has a win percentage of 10%, having won one game, drawn three and lost six.

Luton Town are currently 23rd in the Sky Bet Championship table.

The Hatters have struggled on the road this campaign, picking up just one win on their travels. Their form at Kenilworth Road has been better, earning 26 points which ranks them 17th in the division based on home form.

Having been relegated from the top flight last term, the Hatters could become the fourth team to suffer back-to-back relegations from the Premier League, following in the footsteps of Swindon Town, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sunderland.

Last time out, Bloomfield’s side suffered a 4-0 defeat to Burnley at Turf Moor, with goals from Lyle Foster, Josh Brownhill, Ashley Barnes and a Mark McGuinness own goal securing all three points for the Clarets.

Omer Riza states (quote) “This is a game we must win!” and this is possibly the understatement of the season!

The relative ‘comfort’ a Bluebird win will provide is immeasurable, as is the ‘distress’ of a loss; and a draw isn’t really an option to be ‘happy’ with

I’ve voted for a Bluebird win and I hope our players are both focussed and determined. We certainly have the players to do it and they need to embrace the occasion :ayatollah:

The Hatters will be without the suspended Kal Naismith for Tuesday’s trip to Cardiff while Reece Burke could be involved as the Town head to South Wales for a vital Championship game.

With Naismith banned after receiving a second yellow card at Burnley on Saturday, manager Matt Bloomfield explained Burke may be fit to travel to the Cardiff City Stadium.

“We will see with Burkey, the best case will be with him on the bench,” the boss said at his Monday press conference.

“We can’t let our situation or circumstances dictate whether we rush someone back if they’re not quite ready.

“Burkey’s been ill and that’s knocked him back a bit but he had a big training session on Saturday and we’ll see how he’s reacted.

“But as I say, we’ve got to be careful, we need to make sure he’s right.”

With 10 games left, the Town sit five points behind Cardiff in the table, who sit just one place above the Championship’s relegation zone.

“It’s a big game,” said Bloomfield. “We won’t be silly and say it’s anything but. But we’ll be positive, ready and recovered.

“We’ve got to be ready to perform. Their home form is decent, they’re a good team and it will be a tough assignment but we’ll hitting it with positivity.”

One postivie, with all of the chopping and clanging Luton will have 0 chance of predicting our starting line up today!!

Ramsey & Horvath will definitely start but apart from that he could do anything.

As much as I do not like to say it, I dont go into any game confident based purely on what team he picks and how he sets them up-It baffles me still, I am still baffled at the Villa game with 3 at the back we held off some quality players albeit with some luck also, but then he switches to 5 and they score two and then he goes back to 3 and then sits back. Sunderland I think he done the same and then changed it with some odd subs, taking off Davies who I thought was causing Sunderland some big problems, Mannswerk seems to be getting worse as though all his natural abilty is being sucked out of him by the coaching sdtaff.

I hope we win but depends if Riza ends up looking like the bloke who cannot find his car in the car park again. :bluebird:

Must be no excuses and apologies from Riza tonight, this is a must win game, anything other than a win will put us right in deep manure, we deffo need 3pts from all our home games if we have any chance of staying up, going down will be such a tragedy for our club but being relegated might be the only way of getting rid of Tan & Co.
