Half time thoughts

Very good first half.

Been all Villa as expected with just a couple of counter attacks from us.

Rashford should have scored and Horvath made a couple of big saves.

But defensively we have looked good.

City fans in great voice, Villa fans quiet.

At times doing really well with bit more positivity going forward we could have had better opportunity to threaten their goal... really solid half though

Can't see us seeing out the game playing like this but it's a very good job so far .
If we go route one when we break we could score it's calling for selech or isaac Davis.
Villa just got to play through the lines quicker and they will score I think.

I thought the same but the pundits in the studio are all in agreement that it was a late challenge & a nailed on penalty. Just putting it out there.

lawlor and Colwill excellent. Willock hasn't done well.

Straight swap Davies for El Ghazi would give us more of a threat as it been one way traffic and we don't have any pace on either wing.
