THE THREE NEW SIGNINGS:
Omer Riza:
"They have been pleasing," Riza said of the signings.
"Yousef have scored two goals in four games and has been a thorn in teams' sides away from home, the one against Stoke was a very good goal.”
"Sivert is still finding his feet in there. Show control, patience and be able to play with quality. We aren't quite playing the way we want at the moment, but when things settle down we'll get better still.”
"Will Alves has looked very lively! He causes problems. I know him well anyway.”
“They are all enjoying it, getting on well with the players and staff.”
“ I am pleased with my new signings and all is going well.”
“We are really happy with the three of them”
Joe Ralls:
Captain Ralls was pleased with the club's transfer business in the winter window. He played alongside one of the new recruits, Mannsverk, in midfield on Tuesday night and he thinks there is real potential to unlock in the Norwegian.
"He has settled in well, he is Norwegian so he has got Jesper [Daland] to bounce off, settles him in nice and quickly," Ralls said.
"He looks a really good, technical player, I'm really excited to play with him more and he's got a lot more to show in a Cardiff shirt. He played slightly out of position on Tuesday, but in the six or the eight he can do a good job for us.
"All the boys have settled in well. Will looks really sharp. Sivert has settled in really well and they'll be a massive part of it. We've got a big squad, but that will be a positive, especially getting through in the cup, it means that the schedule becomes even more tight. The squad will be needed, we've got a lot of games coming up."
