VERY STRONG CITY TEAM NAMED: TODAYS TEAM NEWS

Ng Back in Simic on bench

Four changes

A fair amount to dissect from that line-up, with Omer Riza making four changes form the defeat to Portsmouth in midweek.

Perry Ng and Rubin Colwill come in for Will Fish and Cian Ashford, both of whom drop to the bench. Aaron Ramsey is included in the matchday squad after missing the trip to Fratton Park.

Will Alves makes his first start following his half-hour cameo on the south coast, while Anwar El Ghazi also returns to the starting XI.

No place in the squad for Joe Ralls or Calum Chambers, both of whom are understood to picked up niggles in the week.

As for the visitors, they're unchanged from the 2-0 win over Stoke in midweek

Hmm, not sure about that team.

Fish should have started. Robinson and Alnwick should have been dropped.

I hope Rubin has one of his good days today.

Armstrong is a throwback forward. Strong as an Ox. Going to be a battle for our CB's today. Get him up in the air, early.

I wouldn’t have colwill or NG in the team, but I’m not the manager. Other than that pretty good. Hope colwill has an unplayable day today.

Robinson and Colwill doesn't work. Defeat coming sadly.

Looks like his hands been forced with this lineup. I just hope the midfield can keep their energy levels up beyond 60mins.

We are open to same problem at Portsmouth? Be 2 down by time the big guns come on and that didn't end up well ...

This looking like a lose for me our midfield will be overrun

After a very poor display and (worse still) such lack of effort against Pompey, Robinson should not be in the starting line up.
You have Alves and El Ghazi to get balls in and leave Salechi on the bench! Even if Robbo gets goals today (and I hope so) a strong manager would drop him and send a clear message. You have to work hard every game!!

Need Rubin to have brilliant game!
I think we are going to miss Chambers hugely.

Not confident with Armstrong against Bagan!

Al ghazi, Rubin and Robinson

Not my call. The likelihood of all 3 winning their battles is remote
We are losing this

Totally agree sadly. Watch us concede possession and get blown away again in the first 20 minutes. So predictable.

You must be very disappointed we weren’t blown away in 20 minutes.
Guess we know now why your not on the touchline.

Exactly my thoughts.
The epitome of negativity.

I feel vindicated from this.

Salech got us a point and Alnwick was terrible first half.

Didn't agree with Rubin playing but fair play, he has a great game.

I said this pre-game so can't be accused of after timing

Al Garzi was OK, some great moments, i think the body is not doing what the head tells it to do anymore

Rubin was very good, i think Mannswerk is a second quicker in his decision making and that gave him the extra time. I believe Rubin sinks to the level of the players around him. With Rambo and Manswerk he looked good

Robinson has had his purple patch and the manager has to find his bollox and bench him. It is not intentional his lack of effort he has always been this way, we have a better option now and he is never a 10 as we need the extra midfeilder in there.

For me, Riza should play a 2 man strike force of Salech and CR47 classic big man / little man, or swap CR47 with Ashford.

Pigs might fly before that happens though. We're at home and we should play with 2 strikers as we put very little pressure on opposition centre backs with a lone front man, particularly if said front man is vertically challenged and not that quick.
