How do you put up a link ?

Can any of you please explain how you do it say put a link from You tube etc.

u know the bar up the top it say now probaly cardiff cityforum.couk//posting rpl stuff like th ighlight it right click click copy thenwen u went to use the link say on here in the in the mesage box left click then click paste that al it it hope it helps
