Mcnaughton just shaded it for my MOM - I think our defence problems start with Heaton - He doesn't talk enough - He is rooted to his line all the time

O for David James - even at his age I would have him in our side

Bothroyd is so frustrating - Great player but he has to play the whistle instead of expecting decisions

Another poor booking again today

I have just spoken to Sam Hammam and told him that Heaton, Gypese and Naylor let us down, I said that Oli was excellent and Bothroyd was immense.

Sam was delighted with the result and happy to hear that Chops played 94 mins and Koumas got on too.

Well what a game, we nevered used to come from behind to win so to come from two down to win was brilliant. Both goals were shocking and from set plays although Hudson was made to look a fool giving away the free kick for the first.

Hudson 7 – didn’t have a lot to do but was quick to give the ball out and a few very good saves
Kev 7 – for 70minutes of the game he was a 8/10 but seemed to tire towards the end and started making silly mistakes
Gypes 4 – Once again the city defence were unable to deal with Jon Stead. Gypes won very little in the air and looked very poor.
Hudson 5 – some good moments followed by moments of madness.
Naylor 7 – still a little suspect at the back but done a lot more right than wrong today and got forward very well. Also while others tired he kept going.
Witts 7 – Thought he had a good game today, some good passing, worded hard and seemed to put his body about for a change. Also of course two great goals
McPhail 7 – thought he played well, won some good tackles, kept the ball moving and some excellent passes
Oli 7 – bring and strong and I dread to think how the clones playing behind him would have coped without him
Burke 7 – worked hard and linked up well with Kev.
Chopra 7 – considering he has been out for so long he put a good shift in, some good work although lacked a first touch at times but that will come.
Jay 7 – thought he was exceptional in the first half although a lot quieter in the second.
A lot of 7’s I know but I don’t think anyone was exceptional for 90mins today. Except the CB’s I don’t think anyone was poor either. According to BBC we are now 8months unbeaten at the CCS

The ref and female linesperson were a joke. How can we come out of that game with three booking and Bristol none beggers belief, he seemed to get very little right. The woman lines person was quite simply the worst assistant ive ever seen. She didn’t even seem to know the rules and for most of her decisions looked for the ref to make the decisions.

Sam is very well and very happy, he has an excellent life in Lebanon but he follows City closely.

I am stunned maybe I need to get drunk as what I could see Mcnaughton was great as usaual but he is in trouble as he centre defenders ARE so poor Hudson & Gypes are terrible and we were very poor the first 15 minutes luckily the worzils are so bad we got back but play like that against Coventry and we can have bellamy and whoever we will lose .

They cost us last season and will cost us again this season unless Jones gets a decent centre half in january as hudson and Gypes are terrible.

I will have nightmares over that 1st 10 minutes it was like against Rotheram a few years back we had spensor prior and our centre halfs are to much like him, rubbish

I agree about Gypes but I thought Hudson was excellent apart from once when was turned by Stead in the 1st half.

I know it's all about opinions but sometimes it's too easy to criticise Hudson, particularly when his fellow CB is playing so poorly.
