Genuine question

What state does everyone think our club will be in a decade from now?

Alabama if Tan sees money in it.

But in all seriousness the owner and board are the key here. No “business” or football club can survive when it’s rotten at the top. If the board stay then we will drift to league one and potentially further.

We got lucky that Warnock was such a force that he negated the idiots at the top. We won’t have that luxury ever again sadly.

We will play in green, have Starbucks as our sponsor, and we will play home games at Llanrumney playing fields. All players will speak fluent Malaysian as per their contracts.

For an honest answer though, if Tan is still here, I’d say we would be a league two club, with mounting debts, barely surviving.

Well I'm hoping Tan and gang will be well gone by then. However, if they are still here we will be lucky to be in the Championship. All I'm seeing is a drop or 2.

Our FFS budget will have been taken up by loans to the regime members meaning less quality players in. Chances are we will only play youth acandemy with the intention of selling them on. Just watch our crowds go down.

I can only see us going on a downward spiral if things stay the same. The club needs a complete shake up with a decent manager, director of football, people who work promoting the club so people are interested in it again, realesing press stories 2 -3 times a day, to get support from people who have never been interested, being open and honest you can go on. build the club into a great club where we can all be proud, not a laughing stock. Will this happen?

A Decade is a long time. Who knows, but as everyone has said, its all down to the Dictator.

If we avoid the dreaded drop this year, we will be extremely lucky. Dictator stays? We'll be a club flirting in the lower reaches of league one within 5 years. Easy.

If he stays for ten years? Standard mid table league two side.

Whats so more disappointing is the crowds and the excitement and the eagerness of support built up since around 2003, and continued to build up until around 2013/14 (Supplemented by the Warnock years and the Premier stay) have dwindled, reduced, and I believe a lot of supporters have now found something else/better to do on a Saturday.

For a team dicing with relegation on a cold Mid Dec evening match what do we actually have inside the Stadium now? 10,000 if were lucky. The atmosphere that is now being seen is nowhere near what it used to be like for similar games 10 years ago.

If we are under the ownership of the mad Dictator in 10 years time. Expect crowds of around 8000 as a norm.

10 yrs from now, under new owners, HOPEFULLY challenging regularly at the top end of the championship, a good cup run or two and maybe a dalliance with PL. All seats in stadium blue, current anniversary badge remains, family stand swap with Canton, crowds up, atmos improved, few more homegrowns coming through, academy prospering, a decent satisfied feeling about the place. A LOT OF BIG ASKS THERE I KNOW

Under Tan, League 1 and struggling to get out, overtaken by Wrexham. Another 9 or 10 managers, dwindling crowds 10-12k, our beloved club a decaying corpse. Tan blaming other factors if he bothers to communicate at all.

It's an interesting question.

10 years ago we were back in the Championship after just being relegated from the Premier League.

If you'd asked people then where we'd be in ten years, not many would say battling relegation from the Championship.

Hopefully we go the other way this time and back towards the Premier League over the next ten years - but unfortunately I really can't see that happening!

With this owner, we will be outside the Championship in ten years time. That much I'm quite confident about.

With tan in charge I'm fairly confident of saying league one or two, without Tan I believe we would be prem or championship.
Very very few city fans remain who believe we will go in the right direction with Tan here

They say a week is a long time in football, let alone a decade. Based on our current situation, and if things were to continue in our never ending downward trajectory, then we will probably be struggling in the league of Wales. Who knows, we might even be taken over by a business consortium, headed by Gareth Bale and Arron Ramsey, and playing in the Premiership?

One thing that we all know, following City is a rollercoaster ride, and we're certainly on that steep downward slippery slope at the moment!
