Yes Mate - got claims lodged with "My Diesel Claim" (Pogust Goodhead Solicitors) for 5 diesel Citroen's I owned in the period concerned.

My daughter also received 1800 for a claim on a leased VW Polo last year. The solicitors took no fees from her as they got a legal fees settlement direct from VW.

Good Luck :occasion5:

Is there anyway you can check whether your car is eligible? I’ve had my car for a but it was registered in 2018

I commenced a potential claim with two mercedes C class cars and decided it was not possible to proceed with the application

Ever since then the company I was dealing with has tried to bill me for administrative expenses even though they did nothing following my request that I would not be able to proceed.

I made further inquiries and apparently the company I was dealing with take out huge amounts of money on “commission “

Beware would be my first choice

Whatever company you are dealing with, check out the reviews on trust pilot before going forward with anything.

I'm doing the same as above, with my diesel claim, I just used the website it has a checker on there.

I am doing BMW, an Audi, and a Mazda with them, waiting for them to go to court.

Good luck

If anyone is interested there's another massive potential claim against car finance firms that has been talked about since January 2024 (largely by Martin Lewis).

If you bought a motor for private use using finance (e.g. Hire Purchase) between 2007 and 2021, there's a strong chance that your APR / interest rate payable was inflated by a hidden DPA (Discretionary Commission Arrangement) paid to the dealer by the finance company.

I bought a Skoda on finance back in 2009 and I checked and it was confirmed that a DPA was applied without my consent to the finance.

This is worth looking into folks.

Yes - just go on the "My Diesel" website and enter your registration number.

I'm doing My Diesel Claim with Renault for a Megane I bought in 2016. Leigh and Day are the Lawyers dealing with it..Also when I took out Finance with Motonovo in 2016 for the same vehicle, the DPA Commission was not disclosed and, I received a Payment of £3495 back in October! Result!

You’ve received the commission payment back already?

The deadline got extended to next year. I know a few people who have been confirmed they are owed money but none have been paid yet so FairPlay if you got it already
