Best way forward imo

Give riza the job until end of the season and see what happens. So everyone has clarity on whats happening. Then assess things on how he does at the end of the season.What I have seen in the last 2 games ok against poor teams I have been very impressed. They have played some of the best football I have seen a cardiff team play. All the players seem to want riza to stay as you tell from their performances. Players like turnball,Robertson,colwill and tanner are all thriving under riza. Even players like goutas and Chambers are playing much better than earlier in the season. I'm also excited as to what el ghazi will be able to give as the season goes on when he returns to full match fitness. I also think we are a much better team without rambo and siopis in our team. Also look at the players we have to step in like daland and siopis and rambo when he gets back to some sort of fitness. What I have been impressed with riza in such a short space of time is he as identified how to use the players to their full potential. He's making bulut look like a bit of a mug with the things hes doing with the same squad. Although I never heard of him before he's doing hell of a job. He's sorting out our home form which was shocking under bulut. Just need a away win or 2 to get the confidence going away. But I think there's exciting times ahead for this squad after such a shocking start.

Good post. I agree. Reassess at end of season. OR doesn't seem like the type of bloke who would take the money and run if offered a new contract in the summer, not at the early stage of his career.

Give him the next 4 games and if that goes well, I would be ok with that, as long as it continues.And yes the opponents have been average but lets give him some credit, after the drivel served by Bulut he has brough positivity and a bounce back to the club when it was needed most. Those opponents won some decent matches before playing us. Every player has improved and \I like the style of play. Sharper, fitter and happier. Happier fans, though I cant help thinking that if a near rookie can do this with Buluts squad, what could a more experienced manager be doing with them?
