Early days, and last 2 are games we should be winning, but Riza is averaging 2 points per game as it stands.

We are clearing our dreadful goal difference, look a different team, and most importantly, unbeaten in 4.

Surely he's making everyone ask the question of, is he the right man to get the job?

I'm slowly starting to believe that he is what we need.

I'd give him until at least Christmas.

This is the trap I was worried people would fall into.

He's won three of the last four but look at the teams we've beaten - Millwall, Plymouth and Portsmouth. Three teams who don't have good away records.

They're good results but not something to be carried away with.

Hudson and Morison also had good starts. Mick won six or seven in a row.

The real test is when the going gets tough, which it will again, and I still don't believe Riza will turn that around.



Let's just enjoy these wins but not review Riza yet.

I absolutely agree Worcester. Game by game. Lose or draw the next 2 and we are in the bottom 3 again. Much improved and do much more enjoyable. But - as I say game by game. He has done well. Let’s keep it up
