Not really strange for a manager to be watching the club's U21S team play. Others have done it before and even Bulut went to watch them a few times.

If he thinks he could get the job permanently he'll want to see with his own eyes if any players are good enough to join the first team - like Reindorf.

So nothing remarkable in this but also good to see.
