Borley Engineering Services LTD (CMB) have lost £1.7m as a result of ISG going into administration last month. They were doing a lot of work on Fairwater School paid by Cardiff Council
Their profits during the building of CCS had soared to £10m and had continued whilst maintaining it, since Vincent Tan stopped spending Borley Engineering has gone from profits to losses.

Aren’t they involved in the new Training/Academy set up?
I’d imagine that in itself would sort out any losses

The screenshot shows they are owed money.
But where did you get that they are making losses as opposed to profits?

He doesn't say they are making a loss but that they have lost £1.7m to this company. They may get some of that back but unlikely in my experience that it will be much, especially as HMRC get paid first.

Cardiff headquarters one of the biggest trade insurers in the world, i am sure a good businessman like Steve had insurance

He says it in the last line of his post, which is a separate statement to that of the loss seen as a creditor.

Borley Eng are not making losses stupid statements like this can cause a lot of trouble .They have a strong order book of contracts and are working together with the council to push the school contract forward towards a restart date .
