It's Official....Jacks Most Offensive Drivers in UK

A report published this week concluded that people from Swansea are the most ill-mannered and inconsiderate in the UK; whilst drivers in Cardiff are in the Top 10 MOST considerate....

Personally, I think it's down to their small town mentality, poor education, their primitive and feudal existence plus the fact that with them all being related to each other the genetics are so screwed up they can't actually help it!!
